Mikkel brings to Fairmile Grange a wealth of experience in the care sector. He has worked in health and social care for over 30 years now, in a variety of roles from the ground up. In recent years he has been a director for several care providers, and in these roles his focus was on transformation of the service leading to growth of the business.

Mikkel is also a trustee of Talkback Nclude, a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities with essential life skills through both educational and vocational learning opportunities.

David has considerable residential development and public sector experience which has proved invaluable for establishing joint ventures with public bodies, local authorities and NHS Trusts.

David has been at the forefront of the development and operations of numerous elderly living communities throughout his career working alongside all leading UK retirement living specialists as National Head of Residential Development at Savills Plc.
